My thaughts about teaching/learning.

 Education is process that changes the human mind and help people to develop their ability to do many different things. For me, education is a satisfying and noble profession, it makes me feel pleasure when I help students to get more knowledge which are important for them to achieve their goals and future dream. 

First, education has been tightly connected to the improvement and the development of the society. It is a main helper in building a new educated generation and prepare this younger generation to perform certain function that society needs most at this stage of development. 

The process of learning and discovery begins with the child from birth and accompanies him throughout his life, as it begins with the encounter, daily life, then from school and university. To complete this educational journey, we should be careful in choosing the appropriate method to teach students and deal with them to understand well the concept. So, I believe that it is essential to make attention about student's diversity. Moreover, we should understand the students and make them in the same level by review then given additional problems and allow them some time to solve it before I start the instruction. Also, action teaching is important by designs to accomplish the goals and illustrate the concept with examples related to the real life. 

Additionally, when we talk about teaching, we should not forget the role of teacher and how affects the learning process. The interaction and the attitude of teacher in the class affects the information delivery process. Consequently, me as a teacher be a partner of students make them feel that we are the same and it facilitates learning and make the retrieval of information much better than controller. Plus, management of classroom, from time, activities, deal with students are all main role of teacher.
